Summer Concert Series – Fun for the whole family!

EarthBaby is proud to sponsor an incredible family concert series this summer with Charity and the JAMband plus a different special guest at each show! It’s a fun free concert series at the very end of Golden Gate Park, nestled between the forest and the ocean, at the fabulous The Park Chalet/Beach Chalet.
So come on down, get your Jam’ on and enjoy some live music in your backyard, created by people who love children, music and the earth! We look forward to seeing you there!
Show dates are on the following Sundays July 11, August 22, and September 19.

- Itsabelly Baby Planners Health and Wellness for New and Expecting Families

Saturday. June 26, 2010, from 6:30 to 9:00 pm at Lullaby Lane in San Bruno, Itsabelly Baby Planners will host a free event on Health and Wellness for New and Expecting Families. Their goal is to provide a fun and educational forum for expecting and new families.

- Appel & Frank’s ‘Babes & Babies’ Shopping Event

Sunday, July 18, 2010 from 9:00am to 2:00pm at the JCC in San Francisco (3200 California Street @ Presidio). Modern moms are invited to shop at Appel & Frank’s ‘Babes & Babies’ event because their little ones should look as stylish as they do! The event will feature over 50 designers and companies offering merchandise including baby and toddler clothing, accessories, gear resources and much more. In addition, there will be complimentary gift bags, a raffle, and an on-site photographer offering mini photo shoots. Tickets are FREE by entering the discount code DESIGNER at www.appelandfrank.com. All tickets will be $5 each at the door.

Our New Years resolution: Divert more diapers from landfill!

EarthBaby is excited to be speaking at Baby Buzz in Willow Glen (1314 Lincoln Ave., San Jose, Ca) at 7:00 on Wednesday January 13th. Join us for a discussion about what happens to disposable and compostable diapers in landfill, and how EarthBaby is diverting thousands of pounds of diapers each week from landfill. Learn about the composting process and ask questions about how EarthBaby might work for you. This is a free event, simply go to the Baby Buzz website to RSVP. Coupons and sample diapers will be available for new customers.

Our 1st anniversary…

One year ago on December 2, 2008 is when EarthBaby officially “went live”. In one short year we have grown from diverting 200 lbs per week to our current average of 5000 lbs per week which translates to over 100,000 lbs of diapers diverted from landfill to date!

This is an exciting milestone for us, thank you for your continued support.

A lot is happening here at EarthBaby, we are happy to announce that our service area now includes all of San Francisco and starting October 8th we will be expanding our service to the East Bay! We are very excited about our latest expansion, if you know someone who lives in the east bay or SF be sure to let them know!

We have received tremendous support in San Francisco since starting our service in the city last month! We are expanding our SF coverage to include 4 more zip codes 94112, 94127, 94122, and 94116 starting August 9th. If you have friends in those areas, please let them know about EarthBaby.
